Your AI plan and enterprise web chat are separate
The self-service plan provides MCP-based ad operations tools for supported AI clients such as Claude and ChatGPT Work. It does not include Pango Neuro web chat. For an enterprise contract, an administrator can enable web chat when it is part of the agreed scope.
