Connect Adjust and Airbridge to Neuro to Compare Post-Install Retention and Cohort ROAS
Alongside AppsFlyer, you can now connect Adjust and Airbridge to your Neuro workspace. Compare ad channel CPIs against post-install MMP cohort revenue and retention in a single conversation.
Install Cost Alone Cannot Tell You Which Campaigns Bring Users Who Stay
A low CPI in an ad manager dashboard is rarely enough to justify scaling a mobile app campaign. To make confident budget decisions, you need to see whether those installs completed sign-up or first purchase—and whether they remain active and generate revenue 7 or 30 days later.
Alongside AppsFlyer, you can now connect Adjust and Airbridge to your Neuro workspace. Compare ad spend from Google, Meta, TikTok, Apple Ads, and Moloco directly against post-install attribution and cohort metrics from Adjust or Airbridge in one conversation.
How to Connect Adjust and Airbridge
Both MMPs connect using read-only API tokens in your workspace settings. Follow the steps below for the attribution platform your team uses.
- Connecting Adjust: In the Adjust dashboard, open [Account Settings] > [My Profile] > [User Details] at the top right and copy your API Token. Select Adjust in your Neuro connections screen, paste the token, and pick the app to analyze from the fetched app list.
- Connecting Airbridge: In the Airbridge dashboard, go to [Settings] > [Tokens] to copy your [API Token], and check your lowercase App Name from the dashboard URL (app.airbridge.io/apps/{app_name}/...) or app settings. Select Airbridge in Neuro and enter your App Name and API Token.
Reports You Can Query in Adjust and Airbridge
You do not need to memorize custom in-app event names or internal metric codes. When you ask a question, Neuro first checks the events and dimensions registered to your connected app and runs the matching report.
| Analysis Area | How Adjust Reports It | How Airbridge Reports It |
|---|---|---|
| Acquisition & Conversion Totals by Channel | Queries installs, clicks, impressions, in-app events, revenue, ad spend, eCPI, and ROAS by partner, campaign, adgroup, creative, country, and day or week. | Uses the Actuals report (up to 400 days) to query installs, in-app events, revenue, ad spend, CPI, and ROAS by channel, campaign, ad group, creative, and date. |
| Post-Install Cumulative Revenue & LTV Cohorts | Queries cumulative revenue, ROAS, and LTV across cohort windows (D0, D1, D3, D7, D14, D30, etc.), with the option to filter for fully matured cohorts. | Uses the Revenue report (up to 92 days) to track cumulative or daily revenue, ROAS, ARPU, and ARPPU across Day 0–180 (or weeks/months) after install or sign-up. |
| Retention & Re-engagement Cohorts | Compares initial-install retention against retention that includes reinstalls and re-attributions across cohort windows. | Uses the Retention report (up to 92 days) to measure daily, weekly, or monthly cohort retention based on app opens or completed orders. |
Starter Prompt for MMP Cohort Reviews
If your weekly review has focused mainly on install volume and front-end CPI, use the prompt below to bring post-install cohort quality into the same table.
After reviewing the table, you can ask Neuro to compare self-reported ad manager numbers against MMP-attributed numbers to pinpoint where attribution gaps are widest.
Three Rules for Reading MMP Numbers Accurately
Adjust and Airbridge integrations are read-only analytics tools. Keep three rules in mind to avoid misinterpreting cohort and attribution tables.
- Compare cohorts whose observation window has finished: Mixing users installed less than 7 days ago into a D7 retention or D7 ROAS average makes recent performance look artificially low. Filter for cohorts that have completed the full 7-day window or separate the most recent 7 days of installs.
- Align units, currencies, and timezones: Adjust returns ROAS and ROI as decimal ratios (for example, 0.4 = 40%), and each connected app or ad channel may use a different currency (KRW vs. USD) or timezone. Align currency and timezone before comparing against ad manager totals.
- Distinguish policy masking from tracking errors: When certain rows in an Airbridge report appear masked, it is not a tracking failure—self-attributing networks such as Meta enforce privacy thresholds and data-retention limits on granular rows. Neuro surfaces these policy notices alongside the table so you can distinguish them from missing data.
