You can now connect Naver Commerce to Neuro
Connect your SmartStore product and order data to Neuro and review Naver Search Ads performance alongside what actually happened to those orders — all in one conversation.
Follow the trail all the way to the SmartStore order
Teams running Naver Search Ads check clicks and spend in the ad platform, then jump back to SmartStore Center to confirm orders and revenue. Even when performance looks strong, you still had to cross-check on a separate screen whether those orders actually got canceled, which products they drove, and how order statuses shifted over the period.
With this update, you can connect Naver Commerce to your Neuro workspace. Your SmartStore product and order data gets pulled into the same conversation as Naver Search Ads, GA4, and your other ad platforms, so you can analyze it all together.

Reading ad numbers and order numbers separately slows you down
In ad ops, the question that matters isn't simply whether clicks went up. To decide whether a budget is worth keeping live, you need to see which product orders it drove, whether those completed payments held, and whether cancellations and returns are baked into the numbers.
| The question | What Neuro shows | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|
| Did last week’s search ads actually drive orders? | Naver Search Ads performance next to SmartStore orders for the same period. | Conversion windows and status definitions can differ between the ad platform and SmartStore. |
| Which products drove the orders? | Product list, product status, ordered product names, and amounts, joined together. | When product names look alike, cross-check the product ID or your internal SKU code to be safe. |
| Is what looks like revenue padded with cancellations and returns? | Orders segmented by order status and cancellation/return request status. | Don’t treat an initial payment and a confirmed purchase as the same thing. |
| Which period should we revisit? | Switch the date basis — payment date, order date, ship date, or purchase-confirmation date. | For team reports, lock in one date basis and stick with it. |
Neuro isn’t here to replace SmartStore Center. It’s here so performance marketers can ask in one place the questions they used to answer by bouncing between two screens.
Questions you can ask once you’re connected
Today, the Naver Commerce integration is built for retrieval and analysis. Neuro pulls SmartStore product lists, orders by period, and individual order details, then reads them against your ad performance.
| What you can pull | How marketers use it | Example prompts |
|---|---|---|
| Product list | Check whether the products you’re pushing in your ads are actually in stock and on sale. | Split out which products are live versus out of stock. |
| Orders by period | Review weekly and monthly ad performance against the real order flow. | Group the last 30 days of orders by product and flag the ones with a high cancellation and return rate. |
| Individual order details | Dig into the status of high-value or problem orders. | Summarize the shipping, cancellation, and return status for this order number. |
- Group the last 7 days of completed-payment SmartStore orders by product and compare them against the Naver Search Ads campaigns with the highest spend.
- From this month’s orders, flag the products with cancellations and returns mixed in, then split them into ones that can keep getting budget and ones that need a closer look.
- Pull the last 30 days of orders by payment date and summarize product name, quantity, amount, and order status. Don’t show any buyer personal information.
- Look at Naver Search Ads keyword performance alongside ordered SmartStore products and find the product groups worth testing new creative on.
How to connect: designate an agency in Commerce Center
Connecting Naver Commerce isn’t just a matter of clicking through a Naver login popup. As the SmartStore seller, you designate Pango Neuro as your Product/Order API agency on the API Management screen in Commerce Center, then enter your API integration seller ID into Neuro.
- In SmartStore Center, open the API Management screen under Seller Information.
- Set API usage to “Use.”
- Designate Pango Neuro as the agency for both the Product API and the Order API, then save.
- Copy your API integration seller ID (in the form ncp_xxxxxx_01).
- In your Neuro workspace, go to Data sources, select Naver Commerce, and enter the seller ID.

When you connect, Neuro uses the seller ID you entered to verify the settings are right. If API usage is off or the agency designation is missing, the connection won’t save and Neuro tells you exactly what to fix.

Built for product/order retrieval, with personal information masked
The Naver Commerce integration isn’t built to push operational changes to your SmartStore automatically. For now, it’s focused on retrieving product and order data so you can read your ad performance against it.
- Pull product lists and product statuses to confirm whether the products you mention in ads are actually in stock and on sale.
- Pull orders by period and break down the payment, shipping, purchase-confirmation, cancellation, and return flow.
- When you have a specific order number, open the order details to dig into shipping and cancellation/return status.
- Personal information such as buyer name, contact details, and address is masked in every response.
- Neuro never receives your SmartStore password; the connection runs on your Commerce Center API integration seller ID.
A recommended workflow
- Start by connecting both Naver Search Ads and Naver Commerce in the same workspace.
- In your weekly review, line up Naver Search Ads campaign and keyword performance with SmartStore completed-payment orders for the same period.
- In your monthly review, separate purchase confirmations, cancellations, and returns to see which orders actually held.
- When product names look alike, ask Neuro to surface product IDs or internal SKU codes too.
- Before changing budgets, don’t jump straight to execution — get a table of candidates to keep, scale back, or review first.
Once this workflow is locked in, your ad reports go beyond plain click and conversion numbers. In team meetings, you can move faster on “which keywords drove which product orders” and “whether they’re still worth pushing once we factor in order status.”
FAQ
Read ad performance all the way through to the real order flow
With Naver Commerce connected, Neuro gives you a wider view of your SmartStore ad ops. The numbers no longer stop at the ad platform — you can follow them through to products and order statuses in the same conversation.
If you run a SmartStore, connect Naver Search Ads and Naver Commerce together. In your next weekly review, you’ll spot the products and keywords that drove real orders faster than chasing whichever campaigns racked up the most clicks.
