Connect Toss Ads to Neuro to Compare Campaign and Audience Performance Across Channels

Paste your API key from the Toss Ads advertiser center into Neuro to break down campaign, ad set, and creative performance by age, gender, and device—and compare it with Naver, Kakao, and Meta in one conversation.

Stop Merging Toss Ads Spreadsheets by Hand Every Monday

As Toss Ads takes up a bigger share of fintech, commerce, and app acquisition budgets in Korea, weekly reporting often means downloading another Excel file from the advertiser center and pasting it into your Naver, Kakao, and Meta sheets. Worse, because VAT rules and attribution windows differ across platforms, combining raw numbers side by side can easily skew your ROAS.

Following the launch of the Toss Ads Developer Center in October 2026, you can now connect your Toss Ads ad account directly to your Neuro workspace. Once connected, you can pull campaign, ad set, and creative performance—plus age, gender, and device breakdowns—right in chat, and compare them alongside the other ad channels and MMPs in your workspace.

How to Connect: Just Paste Your Client ID and Client Secret

Each Toss Ads API key is tied 1:1 to a single ad account. There's no separate sign-in pop-up or account list to dig through—just paste the Client ID and Client Secret from the Toss Ads advertiser center, and Neuro immediately verifies your ad account and reporting permissions.

  1. Sign in to the Toss Ads advertiser center (ads-platform.toss.im) and go to [광고도구] (Ad tools) > [API 키] (API key).
  2. Only the account owner (계정장) can issue an API key. If you don't have owner permissions, ask your account owner to issue one.
  3. Copy both the Client ID and Client Secret when the key is created. The Client Secret is shown only once, so copy it before closing the window.
  4. In your Neuro workspace connections screen, select Toss Ads and paste both values to finish connecting.

Metrics and Breakdowns You Can Ask For

Available metrics vary slightly across Toss Ads banner, feed, and reward ad formats. You don't need to memorize field names—just ask in plain language, and Neuro checks the live Toss Ads reporting spec to pull the right metrics and breakdowns.

What You're CheckingWhat Neuro PullsWhat to Keep in Mind

Copy-and-Paste Prompts to Start Analyzing Toss Ads

Once connected, start by checking which campaigns and audience segments drove spend and conversions over the last 30 completed days, then compare efficiency against the other channels in your workspace.

Four Rules to Keep Cross-Channel Numbers Accurate

When combining Toss Ads data with other channels in your weekly reports, keep these four points in mind so your numbers line up cleanly:

  • Read-only reporting connection: The Toss Ads API currently supports performance reporting only. Neuro pulls and analyzes your reports, while creating campaigns, editing budgets, or pausing ads must be done directly in the Toss Ads advertiser center.
  • Available date range: Toss Ads reports provide data starting from August 1, 2025 (KST), and each report query covers up to 190 days at a time.
  • VAT-exclusive KRW spend: Toss Ads reports return ad spend in KRW (₩) excluding VAT. When comparing total spend or ROAS against platforms that include VAT, ask Neuro to align the VAT basis first.
  • Don't sum daily reach rows: Because the same user can see ads on multiple days, summing daily or per-campaign reach rows will double-count overlapping users. Ask for a single period total without date breakdowns when you need overall reach.
