Connect Karrot Ads to Neuro to Analyze and Operate Local Campaigns in One Place

Connect your Karrot Business Expert Mode ad account to your Neuro workspace to compare campaign, ad group, and creative performance alongside other channels—and update budgets, bids, and status in one conversation.

Compare Karrot Local Campaigns Alongside Your Other Channels

You can now connect Karrot Ads (Daangn) to your Neuro workspace. Once connected, you can query campaign, ad group, and creative structure and performance directly in chat—and update delivery status, budgets, and bids in Ad Operations Mode after review.

For teams driving store visits, local consultations, or neighborhood orders in Korea, comparing Karrot Ads alongside Naver, Kakao, and Meta in the same workspace removes manual CSV exports and makes regional CPA shifts easy to spot.

How to Connect: Issue API Keys in Expert Mode

Karrot Ads connects using the account-level API credentials (Account ID, Access Key, and Secret Key) issued in Karrot Business Expert Mode.

Select Karrot Ads in your Neuro workspace connections screen to link your Expert Mode ad account.Tap or click to zoom and view the full screen
  1. Sign in to Karrot Business Expert Mode (ads-expert.daangn.com) and select your ad account.
  2. Click [Customer Center (고객센터)] > [Online Inquiry (온라인 문의)] at the bottom of the left sidebar, then click [+ New Inquiry (+ 문의하기)].
  3. Choose 'Other (기타)' as the category, enter 'API Key 신청' as the subject, and submit your Ad Account ID (shown at the top right in A-xxxxxxx format) along with agency info ('자체 운영' for in-house or '팡고뉴로').
  4. Once issued, open the [API Key] menu under your account menu at the top right of Expert Mode and copy your Access Key and Secret Key.
  5. In your Neuro workspace connections screen, select Karrot Ads and enter your Account ID, Access Key, and Secret Key.

What You Can Query After Connecting

Once connected, you can inspect your campaigns, ad groups, creatives, and custom audience lists alongside daily, weekly, and monthly performance. Even when you ask for date ranges longer than a month or across dozens of campaigns, Neuro automatically splits and aggregates the requests.

AreaWhat Neuro ChecksReading Notes
Campaign, Ad Group & Creative SetupChecks delivery status, campaign objective, budget, bidding strategy, targeting settings, and landing URLs.Creatives can be reviewed across Display, Search, and Catalog Product formats.
Impressions, Clicks & SpendAggregates impressions, clicks, CTR, spend (KRW), average CPC, and CPM by day, week, or month.Includes deleted entities so historical spend totals remain accurate.
Conversion MetricsTracks purchases, purchase value, leads, app installs, sign-ups, add-to-cart events, content views, and applications.Focus on the conversion events tied to each campaign's actual optimization objective.
Period Totals & ReachComputes per-campaign totals alongside the overall period summary.Daily reach is not summed across days to avoid double-counting unique users, and CTR, CPC, and CPM are recalculated from period totals.

Starter Prompt for Karrot Ads Reviews

Start by pulling your last 30 completed days of campaign and ad group performance, and ask Neuro to separate efficient ad groups from those needing budget or creative review.

After reviewing the table, you can ask Neuro to compare those regional numbers side by side with Naver Search Ads or Meta Ads in the same workspace.

Supported Operations and Safety Guardrails

Once you identify what to adjust, you can apply changes in Ad Operations Mode. Every write action previews the current and proposed settings first and follows built-in billing guardrails.

  • Enable or pause campaigns, ad groups, and creatives: Pause or resume selected items. Because resuming a paused item starts delivery and billing immediately, Neuro confirms the target name and current status first.
  • Adjust budgets and CPC bids: Update daily or total budgets (in KRW) and manual CPC bids with a before-and-after comparison. Ad groups using conversion-maximization bidding adjust budgets without setting a manual CPC bid.
  • Create new items and edit creatives: New campaigns, ad groups, and creatives are created paused by default so you can review them before spend begins. Editing creative titles, images, landing URLs, or CTA buttons may trigger platform re-review.
  • Pause before permanent deletion: Explicit deletion is supported, but deleted items cannot be restored. If you only want to stop delivery, pause the item instead.
