Create and manage organizations

An organization is the top-level workspace that ties together billing, subscriptions, and members. Billing happens at the organization level, not the account level. You can create multiple workspaces under one organization, and anyone invited to that organization will have access to all of its workspaces.

Organization & workspace

  • Organization: This is the unit used to manage billing, subscriptions, and members.

  • Workspace: This is the operating unit that bundles ad accounts, reports, and AI chat together. It’s created under an organization.

Create organization

  1. From Home Create new organization Go to

  2. Organization name Enter this value.

  3. Organization type Select your organization type — Personal (individual user) or Business (corporation/sole proprietor).

Whoever creates the organization is automatically Owner will be applied.

  1. Business organizationIf you select this, your business name, address, and Business registration certificate You can also upload JPEG, PNG, TIFF, or PDF files.

Invite members & set roles

Organization > Member management Invite members by email from . Invites expire after 7 days, and until they accept, Pending invitations You can check the status in .

  • Owner: Full access. Can change roles, transfer ownership, and delete the organization.

  • Admin: You can invite new members and change roles or remove members other than the owner.

  • Member: View-only access.

Org members automatically get access to every workspace in that org.

Organization settings

Organization > Settings Manage from .

Only the owner can access the organization settings page.

  • Rename organization

  • Switch from personal to business account (upload business registration certificate)

  • Manage business profile

  • Delete organization: This will permanently delete this workspace and all members in it. This action cannot be undone.

Billing is handled at the organization level

Billing and subscriptions are managed at the organization level. Workspaces aren’t billed separately—every workspace in an organization shares that organization’s plan and payment method.

  • Plans, payment methods, and billing history are under Organization > Billing Manage in .

  • Usage and billing are not tracked by workspace, but by Organization-level This will be counted toward the total.

  • Deleting this organization will also cancel any active subscriptions.

Only the owner can access the organization billing page.
