Create and manage workspaces

A workspace is your operating unit that bundles AI chat, connected ad platforms, and automation features. Create workspaces under your organization, and we recommend setting up one per brand or advertiser.

Create workspace

1. On the organization page, Create new workspace Click .

2. Workspace name Enter a value (required).

3. Description and Website URL is optional. Enter your homepage URL and AI will analyze your brand to give more tailored suggestions.

Member management

Workspace > Members You can see two member types here.

• Organization members: Member of the organization with automatic access to all workspaces.

• Guest: An external user who’s been invited directly to the workspace (e.g. a freelancer). Their role is locked to Member and can’t be changed.

Workspace settings

Workspace > Settings Manage it here.

• Brand analysis: Add website URL & check analysis status

• Brand color
