Connect Adjust

When you connect Adjust, Neuro's AI can pull app install, event, and revenue reports, and analyze attribution by network and campaign alongside your ad data. This connection is read-only.

What you need

• An Adjust API token

• To see ad spend (cost, eCPI, ROAS), ad spend access for that user (granted by an Adjust admin)

Step 1 — Find your API token

1. In the Adjust dashboard, go to Settings (bottom left) → Account settings → My profile.

2. Copy the API Token.

Accounts that sign in with SSO can't see an API token in the dashboard. In that case, contact your Adjust representative or support@adjust.com.

The Reader role can pull reports. To see ad spend metrics too, an Adjust admin has to grant this user ad spend access.

Step 2 — Connect in Pango Neuro

1. In your workspace, open Data sources and click the Adjust card.

2. Enter the API token and click Load apps.

3. Select the apps to connect. You can select several at once; Neuro reads data only for the apps you select.

4. Click Connect N apps.

Examples

• "Show this month's app installs by network."

• "Compare eCPI and ROAS by campaign."

• "Which network has the highest 7-day retention?"

Troubleshooting

Ad spend (cost, eCPI, ROAS) is empty

The user who issued the token doesn't have ad spend access. Ask an Adjust admin to grant it, then query again.

I can't see an API token in the dashboard

The account signs in with SSO. Ask your Adjust representative or support@adjust.com to issue a token.
