Connect Moloco
When you connect your Moloco ad account, Neuro's AI can pull performance for app and commerce campaigns, and handle budget, optimization goal (CPI, CPA, ROAS), and campaign status changes through chat.
What you need
A Moloco API key
To make changes, a key issued with a role that can edit campaigns (keys with the Viewer role can only pull reports)
Step 1 — Issue an API key
In Moloco Ads, go to Settings → API Keys.
Issue an API key. To change budgets, optimization goals, and status, choose a role that can edit campaigns.
Step 2 — Connect in Pango Neuro
In your workspace, open Data sources and click the Moloco card.
Enter the API key and click Load ad accounts.
From the ad accounts the key can see, select the ones to connect. You can select several at once.
Click Connect N ad accounts. Neuro reads and manages only the ad accounts you select.
Each workspace has one Moloco connection; connecting again replaces it with the new key and ad accounts. Budget, optimization goal, and status changes run only after you approve them each time in ad operations mode.
Examples
"Summarize Moloco installs and CPI by campaign."
"Find campaigns with ROAS below target."
"Raise the daily budget of top campaigns by 20%."
Troubleshooting
It says no ad accounts were found for this key
If you see this when loading ad accounts, the user who issued the key doesn't have access to any ad accounts. Check the key's permissions in Moloco Ads, then load again.
It says the selected ad accounts couldn't be found
The key's permissions changed after you loaded the list. Load your ad accounts again and select them.
I can't change budgets or status
The key was issued with the Viewer role. Issue a new key with a role that can edit campaigns, then reconnect.
If you run into any issues connecting or using the integration, email pango_plat@pango-gy.com. We'll reply within 1–2 business days.
