Connect Meta Creator Marketplace
When you connect Meta Creator Marketplace, you can discover Instagram creators by keyword, interest, and audience, and Neuro's AI pulls followers, reach, interactions, Reels interaction rate, and audience breakdown so you can organize and compare collaboration candidates. This connection is read-only.
What you need
A Meta account that manages a Facebook Page linked to an Instagram business account
How to connect
In your workspace, open Data sources and click the Meta Creator Marketplace card.
Click Sign in with Meta, then sign in and approve access in the popup.
Select a Facebook Page linked to an Instagram business account, and you're done.
Pages without a linked Instagram business account don't appear in the list.
Good to know
If you don't name a country, Neuro searches for creators in Korea.
Follower counts can be filtered only by set brackets (0, 10K, 25K, 50K, …).

Troubleshooting
The Page I want isn't in the list
That Facebook Page isn't linked to an Instagram business account. Switch the Instagram account to a business account, link it to the Page, then try again.
It says I don't have permission
Creator discovery permission is required. Check that you approved all permissions during sign-in, then try again.
It says the token expired or is invalid
The connection was cut off, for example by a password change or removed permissions. Disconnect, then sign in again to reconnect.
The sign-in window doesn't appear
Your browser is blocking popups. Allow popups for this site from the icon in the address bar, then try again.
